PCIM Asia to open on 28 June 2019 with strong support from prominent industry brands

 

Scheduled concurrent programme offers the latest market intelligence and business opportunities

PCIM Asia, an international exhibition and conference for power electronics, intelligent motion, renewable energy and energy management will open its doors from 28 – 30 June at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Jointly organised by Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd, Mesago PCIM GmbH and the Shanghai Pudong International Exhibition Corp, the three-day fair is expected to draw over 6,000 trade visitors. These visitors will source from 90 exhibitors from eight countries and regions who provide power electronics, connectivity and sensor products.

China ranks number one in terms of semiconductor demand in the world. Furthermore, the country’s rapid industrialisation and increasing need for a variety of electronic devices has the Chinese government investing heavily in the renewable energies, electric vehicle development and power and energy management. The 2016 edition have indicated positive, occupy a total area of 5,600 sqm. Some leading brands visitors can look forward to seeing at PCIM Asia 2016 edition include ABB, AVX, CRRC, Danfoss, Fuji, Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics, Infineon, LEM, Mitsubishi, Power Integrations, Semikron, Shanghai Eagtop, Sinomags Technology, Sun King, TDK, Toshiba, Vincotech and others. Buyers can expect to find the latest selection of power electronics solutions and related semiconductors, power devices, bus bars and capacitors.

Not only does PCIM Asia connect suppliers and buyers across continents to facilitate global trade, but it also serves as a pivotal marketing and networking platform for all participants. Held in parallel with the exhibition is the PCIM Asia Conference, one of the most important conferences for power electronics in Asia. Over 50 conference papers will be presented during the conference and poster sessions. Power electronics development for new energy vehicles and high-frequency power conversion technologies will be the special focus of this year’s conference, which are also covered in two keynote speeches.
