FETBench (Fairchild) combines an interactive datasheet and a number of interactive application designers for power management topologies. It features over 300 of the most popular Fairchild MOSFETs and DRMOS devices. FETBench interactive datasheets provide custom datasheets reflecting a user's specific operating conditions, such as current, voltage and temperature. A thermal solver allows definition of board placement of MOSFETs and other components.

IPOSIM (Infineon) is a program for loss and thermal calculation of Infineon power modules and disk devices. The IPOSIM program will support you to select the right Infineon bipolar modules or disk devices for your rectifier (B2, B6, M3.2 and M6) or AC switch (W1C and W3C) applications as well as suited IGBT modules for your inverter (single & three phase in 2-Level as well as 3-Level) or DC converter (buck and boost) applications. IPOSIM performs a calculation of switching and conduction losses for all components, taking into account conduction and switching losses as well as thermal ratings. Where applicable, different control algorithms can be applied. Thermal conditions can be adapted by user defined or predefined heat sinks. Virtual Power Lab (Renesas) is a site for performing simulations of the power MOSFET operations of synchronous-rectified buck converters. Renesas VP enables you to calculate waveforms of buck converters or losses of power MOSFET in the power supply of a microcontroller or SOC board, such as a POL power supply, and so on. Your design is displayed in an online schematic, which allows you to test your application immediately. Once the design has been verified, iSim generates a Bill of Materials and a comprehensive design report. The simulation results provide a good baseline analysis of a device's in-circuit performance. To complement iSim, Intersil's interactive simulation tool offers an offline, more robust, fully realized simulation package called iSim:PE (Personal Edition).

MicrelSIM™ (Micrel) simulates the performance of Micrel's Linear and Power Products. The tool includes online electrical and thermal simulation capabilities. Resonant SMPS Design Tool (NXP) is very helpful in simplifying your power supply design based on NXPs TEA1713 and TEA1716 LLC resonant controllers. enVision (Arrow) is a free online application for early design phase exploration and collaboration. Users can quickly draw block diagrams starting from a simple blank canvas, or start from a reference design. An extensive component library provides full concept build-out, down to a BOM. An innovative collaboration module enables design sharing, messaging and live updates with colleagues and Arrow technical experts around the world.

Linear Technology FPGA Power Designer (Arrow) is a cloud engineering application for designing and optimizing FPGA power architectures using Linear Technology's wide portfolio of power converters. The application supports leading Altera FPGA families with default and custom power trees. Users can verify their design with simulation made possible with LTSpice models. InstaSPIN SIM (Texas Instruments) online simulation tool allows users to fully evaluate TI InstaSPIN-FOC's superior software-sensor-based "sensorless" control for variable speed and load applications using three-phase, synchronous or asynchronous motors.
